Digital File Organising + Online Meeting
1.5hrs of digital file and folder organsing which includes a 30minute consultation at the end.
Service Description
This service is for me to organise your personal digital file life so you can easily find those photos, documents and other files that you were looking for with ease. How it works: 1. You book a 30minute time slot that works for you for a zoom call. 2. This booking includes 1 hr of digital file and folder organising, which I get done before our scheduled zoom call. 3. Shortly after you book, you will get an invite to join a Dropbox shared folder. Dropbox is a secure cloud storage company. You will need to sign up for a free account if you have less then 2GB of files for me to organise or sign up for their 30day free trial if your files exceed 2GB. Just follow the prompts on the email. 4. I will be notified once you start sharing the requested folder with me. Please copy and paste (not cut and paste) everything that you would like organised into this folder, at least 3days before our meeting. 5. I will spend an hour creating organised categories and subcategories with folders before our meeting. 6. During our 30minute meeting, I will show you what I have done and ask you any questions that I have accumulated which will help me complete the process. We can also re-arrange anything that needs it so that it makes more sense to you here. I will also let you know if I have not been able to completely organise all the files. I will store the unorganised files in a labelled folder. You are welcome to purchase more organising time with me or have a go at organising them yourself. 7. If you would like to purchase more time, leave all the files in the folder. Otherwise you are now welcome to cut and paste your files back to your original location or anywhere you want. Once you remove the now organised files, I will no longer have access to them. I prefer to use Dropbox because file sharing and changes are updated instantly, where as other cloud storage systems lag and end up creating errors.
